Detox Day 2

Went for a wonderful 30 laps swim in the morning...very refreshing! As usual, Lynn joined me and did her own laps on land. Round and round and round ...the pool...swinging and clapping her hands. There were 2 very senior ladies doing their Chi Kung or Tai Chi exercises beside the pool. They too were clapping their hands, waving and pointing at times. Lynn laughed when I started singing the song "Nobody, nobody, nobody but chiew..."
Had an appointment with Nadia at her office at 12.30pm to discuss some product comparison and exploring ways of supplying the Viva products to a Health Clinic. I was all set for a Salad lunch at one of the nearby restaurant when I arrived at Nadia's office. Instead I was greeted with a wonder and delicious spread of food! Wow, I thought another 'makan' party? (you see, the last time I was at Nadia's office was months ago, and it was also a 'makan' gathering). There goes my diet...sigh..!

There was home cooked...er...I mean office cooked porridge which was absolutely delicious! Nadia said it was her special recipe made with all and lots of natural ingredients. Needless to say I had double servings!

Aiyo...! There goes my diet! Nevermind, I'am still on track. My Goal is to replace ONE meal a day with the Vibrant Pack. There is still dinner....or rather No Dinner for me tonight! Thank goodness the VVP is a delicious drink, so I won't be suffering much!
