Detox Day 5

Went for a swim at 8am and felt really great! Last night I swam at 9pm and experienced a wonderful refreshing feeling...like the whole days hustle and bustle, rushing and stress just melted ...yea MELTED ironically away in COOL water. I'm tempted to swim again tonight! Lynn refuses to swim in the dark...says there are frogs in the pool! ...and alligators...and shark! The Movie "Jaws" is still fresh in her mind!

Had Tosai for breakfast with Dr Singam as I was delivering a bottle of Green Barley and Floraguard to him. We went to a restaurant in Bricksfield called Asoka. The Tosai there was yummy, hence the empty plate! Dr Singam says the products are for his son who was looking for vitamins and minerals to take. Natural source is best he said and suggested the Best to his son! :-)
