Detox Day 9 - Part 2

Missed the morning coach to JB! So, had to go on the next one at 2pm, but it was a comfortable journey...with movies on board and an attendant fussing over you.

Because of the convenience of the Shaker supplied with the Viva Vibrant Pack, replacing my lunch whilst on the move was so easy. Yes, Just add water!

I'm staying the night at Tune Hotel JB. Don't laugh! Yes we have to pay for towels, air con, TV etc but the room is very clean and the bed is 5-star (maybe 4 la!). All for Rm10.50? Where to find??

There is an Indonesian restaurant in the hotel, so decided to try...since I have fulfilled my goal of 1 meal replacement a day...

It was called something Pedas, can't remember the full name but it wasn't as hot as the pasta sauce I made for Lynn & Justine this morning. ;-)
