Day 4 - 10 Day Challenge II - "The Feeling Continues..."

Woke up to another wonderful Feeling...

Am going outstation today. So the only chance for me to have the VVP shake is Breakfast. VVP for Breakfast it is.

We had the wonderful noodle soup left over from last night and today it tasted even better! See Lynn's Blog :

Dinner was at the Viva Office in Penang. Didn't get a chance to snap pictures of the food... except these...

Day 2 - 10 Day Challenge II - "What a Feeling..."

What a wonderful feeling I had this morning! I had forgotten how nice it is to have a Full and Effortless "Evacuation"! The VVP really works overnight! Came out of the bathroom feeling 'Lighter"

My Mom came to visit this weekend and so we decided to cook something special for her. It was also her 77th birthday last Monday! Off to the fresh market we went and came back with Nasi Lemak for Breakfast! Aiyuh, Lynn sabotaging me again. See Lynn's Blog http://lynnphua.blogspot.com

Because tonight we will be celebrating Mom's Birthday, (Yes MLM again - Makan-lagi-Makan!) I had the VVP Shake for Lunch.

Special Homemade Kway Teow Soup for dinner since Mom loves noodles. And Justine's special Chocolate cake..... with ice cream for desert. There goes my "Challenge"!

Day 1 - 10 Day Challenge II

THE PLAN:  a) To replace one (1) meal a day with the Viva Vibrant Pack (VVP) shake.
                          In order of priority (Most effective) ; 1) Dinner, 2) Lunch, 3) Breakfast.
                      b) To incorporate some exercises - Swimming is most convenient
                      c) Repeat a) & b) for 10 Days.

Being the 1st day, I took it easy ( actually, no will power la!). I went for the easy and therefore, not as effective 3rd option,; replace Breakfast with the VVP. The combination of  - 2.1.1 was good. (2 scoops Viva Plus, 1 scoop Green Barley, 1 scoop Fiber Cleanse). Tasted fantastic, especially with 3 cubes of ice!

It rained this morning, so b) is out ( was actually very happy to see the rain, ...excuse not to swim! :-))

For Dinner, I was just going to have fruits (like real!). At least I thought about it! Or have something light since I failed to comply with b) above by not swimming. Alas, Lynn sabotaged me by cooking a most wonderful dinner. It was simple, but tasted Fantastic!

Lynn says I've put on weight...!

I have been traveling quite a bit lately. Eating out and Cafe` crawling. Meeting and catching up with Distributors, Friends & Family throughout the country, going from cafe` to cafe`!

It has been 3 months since my "last challenge". Yea, the "10 Day Challenge"! Since, tomorrow is the beginning of a new month (1st October), I shall start TOMORROW! I will call it my 10 Day Challenge II. :-)
